MOSHI COLOURING COMPETITION – CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

To celebrate the launch of our third colouring app, Moshi Color with Fluttercup, we’re launching the Moshi Colouring Competition! To enter, you must agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these Terms and Conditions you must not enter the Competition.

1. PROMOTER
The Competition is organised by Mind Candy Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (the “Promoter”).

2. OVERVIEW
The “Moshi Colouring Competition” invites fans to colour and a share a colouring page from one of Mind Candy’s three colouring apps: Moshi Colouring World, Moshi Drawing for Toddlers or Moshi Color with Fluttercup. To enter, participants must upload a picture of their completed colouring page to Moshi Monster’s official Reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/moshimonsters/) and email their entry details to competitions@mindcandy.com.

Entry Deadline: 23:59 GMT on 28 February 2026. All competition entries received after the Entry Deadline shall be automatically disqualified.

Entries will be showcased in our Official Moshi Monsters Discord, where the community, restricted to the Secret Moshling Society (https://discord.com/invite/moshimonsters), will vote for their favourites.

3. ELIGIBILITY

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Entrants must be 13 years or older at the time of entry.
Entrants under 18 must submit parental or guardian consent to competitions@mindcandy.com, including:
- The entrant’s full name
- Their social media handle(s) used to post the entry
- A link to their entry on Moshi Monster’s official Reddit.
- Their (or parent or guardian’s) email address
Open to participants worldwide, except where prohibited or restricted by law or where registration or bonding required.
Employees or contractors of Mind Candy Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Colour in-app a colouring page from one of Mind Candy’s three colouring app: Moshi Colouring World, Moshi Drawing for Toddlers or Moshi Color with Fluttercup.
Share a picture of your completed colouring page on Moshi Monster’s official Reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/moshimonsters/)
Register your entry by emailing competitions@mindcandy.com and including:

The entrant’s full name
Their social media handle(s) used to post the entry
Their (or parent or guardian’s) email address where consent is required
A link to their entry on Moshi Monster’s official Reddit.

Your entry must comply with the terms and conditions of the applicable platform.
Your entry must be your original work and created solely by you, without use of any third party tools.

Entries must remain publicly visible through the end of the voting period, being March 30, 2026 .
Private or hidden posts will not be eligible.
Multiple entries are allowed per person, provided each entry meets the full submission criteria.

The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if you fail to comply with all of these Terms or if your entry or conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition.

5. USE OF MOSHI IP
All characters and creative assets are the property of Mind Candy Limited.

6. VOTING & JUDGING

All valid entries will be posted in the Official Moshi Monsters Discord.
Members of the Secret Moshling Society community may~~will~~ vote for the duration of the voting period between March 1^st 2026 and March 30^th 2026 based on artistic quality, creativity, originality and other aesthetic factors in the voters’ discretion.
Based on results of the community voting, an independent judging panel will determine, verify and confirm the winners in its sole discretion (and no correspondence will be entered into this regard).
The overall winner will receive the Grand Prize, the next four (4) highest-ranked entries will win the first Runner-Up Prizes and the next twenty (20) highest ranked entries will win the second Runner-Up Prizes.

7. PRIZES

Grand Prize: US$5,000
4 Runners-Up: US$1,000 each
20 Runners-Up: US$300 each

The Promotor will contact the prize winners within 30 days of the end of the voting period using the social media handle or the e-mail address provided with the applicable entry.
Prizes will be distributed via PayPal or international bank transfer within 30 days of the winners having been notified. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact each winner but if a winner cannot be contacted within thirty (30) days, the Promoter reserves the right to offer that prize to the next eligible entry. The Promoter does not accept any liability or responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize. Winners are responsible for any local tax liabilities or reporting requirements.

8. CONTENT & VOTING INTEGRITY

Multiple entries are allowed, but each must be original and meet the entry criteria.
Any use of bots, fake accounts, vote buying, or vote manipulation will result in disqualification or voided.
Entries that contain offensive, inappropriate, or infringing content will be removed.
AI-generated content is not permitted. All entries must be created and performed by a human participant. Use of AI to generate vocals, instruments, or visuals will result in disqualification.

9. RIGHTS TO ENTRIES
Entrants retain ownership of their rights in the entrant’s uploaded content.
By entering, entrants grant Mind Candy Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost entries on official websites and social media, with appropriate credit provided where practicable.

10. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
This competition is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, X, Discord, or Kickstarter.
Participants agree to comply with the terms of each platform and release those platforms from any liability related to the Competition.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent of applicable law, the Promoter, its agents and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering the competition and/or in relation to the prizes except to the extent it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

12. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Mind Candy Limited Privacy Policy (https://www.mindcandy.com/privacy-policy/).
Data will only be used to manage the Competition unless additional consent is given for future communications.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
