My child still won’t sleep, what am I doing wrong?
If this is the first time using the app, we always recommend having a listen to the app first without the child to see if it is something you think your child will like.
We do think that perseverance is the key, and sometimes children may need a different approach to the app. Such as using the mindfulness sections in the daytime, or simply having it playing in the background. Some of the younger children may benefit more from listening to the app during the day, to make it a little more of their routine. Make the selection of content a fun thing to do with your child if he or she is over the age of 4. In this way, you’ll find out what they prefer in terms of content, even down to the narrator.
