Moshi for Educators MI Study

Thank you for your interest in the Moshi for Educators MI study! Please complete this form to let us know that you are ready to join. Here is what to expect:

• All of your information is kept anonymous from the researcher team.
• Your usage of Moshi will be tracked by Moshi and summarized for the researchers.
• A Pre-survey will be sent to you within 3-5 days of completing this form.
• You will receive weekly emails from the Moshi team with tips and activities.
• You will be asked to participate in an in-person focus group during the fall. Moshi team will visit the school.
• You will receive a post survey in December.
• For each survey you complete and interview you have, you will receive a $25 Amazon voucher.
• The email you put on this form is the email you will use throughout this process for data collection purposes (surveys, subscription to Moshi for Educators).
