Best Books for Your Kids At Every Age
With school winding down and summer on the horizon, you might be wondering how to keep your kids entertained, relaxed and learning during the coming months. Here’s a list of our favorite YouTube channels that were created specifically for kids.
From circle time to learning to draw, Khan Academy Kids is a great resource for keeping your child learning while having fun. They’re a nonprofit organization with the mission of providing free, world-class education for anyone – anywhere. They also run a summer camp program and Moshi will be a featured activity during the first week of July for their Wonderful Wings Week.
Magical bedtime stories, deep breathing, guided meditations – you name it, Moshi’s YouTube channel has it. Moshi is also an audio app for settling little ones at bedtime, nap time, or when big feelings threaten to bubble over. Moshi’s Meditations help kids reset, focus, gain self-control and confidence, and learn SEL skills like relationship building, self-management, & responsible decision-making.
Sesame Street is a colorful community of monsters, birds, grouches, and humans. A place where everyone counts. Spend time with all your favorite furry friends and subscribe for new videos every week. Kids can enjoy sing-alongs, short puppetry skits and even learn some yummy and healthy recipes.
