Can Moshi work for my child with ADHD?
Absolutely. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a condition that affects a person’s behavior. Children who present with ADHD may seem restless, have trouble concentrating, and may act on impulse. Moshi can be a personal experience and does not require the intervention of an adult. This means it can be an empowering journey for a child who can struggle with their behavior and who may be unaware of their actions and responses at times. Moshi will introduce the child to tools and resources such as different techniques such as breathing and guided meditations that can help them feel grounded, calm, and at ease in their own bodies.
