Is my child too old for Moshi?
It is possible that older age groups feel the app is too young for them. To help them wind down and relax before they go to bed, we recommend that they try one of the meditations or breathing tracks. Following that, playing some of the music or sounds may help them to drift off to sleep.
The sound of falling rain or lapping waves is so relaxing for tweens & teens, right through to adults… and beyond!
