What are the different meditation techniques you can learn about in the Moshi app?
Children are the target audience for our Meditation techniques, but they are really appropriate for anyone of any age! If you want to learn all of the techniques we offer, we recommend listening to our 7 Days of Mindfulness. There are several techniques that are covered in these guided meditations, including breathing, observation, listening, appreciation, and awareness.
